Saturday, Jan 14th was our annual somewhat late New Years Eve Day ops session. This was an all-day session with 6 or so hours of operation with a Chili lunch midway. A good time was had by all. Great food and fellowship, and we played trains too! ;D

Here's some more courtesy of Rick Trinkle and Levi Sell-

Click on photo to Rick's happy anticipation of having drawn switch turn #777 that works the Southern Baking Co. in Glenn Forge, O, aka "The Donut Run."

Rick also seems delighted to run #2, the northbound Miami to Chicago Grand Floridian, here thru Ricksburg, WV.

All is quiet in Mt. Union......for the moment,

because #400, The Scarlet Shifter, is about to exit the gorge and is on its way.

The Scarlet has worked its loadouts on the Kayford Branch, including Hawkins, exchanging myts for loads.
